Is there a world in which the sheet gets translated in different languages? And if not, would it be possible to know the Font used for this to translate the notes for my players while keeping in style with the rest?

Great book. Well laid out, intuitive, and fantastic art.

I gave copies to my first language learning group, when I was using D&D to help people practice language learning. They loved it.

i just bought this . how can i open the file from the book zip

Absolutely Fantastic! I've told all my pals about this and they've all gotten it. One question do you have plans on making a similar spell card set up? Maybe 6 per page? Or does anyone have a good one they use?

It's really beautiful and well though. Sadly, there is no way to edit anything in them, the PDF are images and don't have any form of selecting the text. I was hopping to be able to translate it for my language and make some beautiful gifts for my players.

Ps. I saw someone on instagram that colored their sheet, it just became perfect

Agreed. I'd like to translate it to my native language.

Hey Luke, I blew up your book to make it single page and it turned out pretty good. Some people are asking for it so I thought I'd give it back to you so you can share it when they buy the booklet version.

These are great! Would love to see a single page version like some other comments mentioned.

just want to thank you for your great work, this is neat and practical, everyone enjoys it.

Really great product. Made it easier for me to understand what i was doing throughout the game

Great work, love this.

Would it be possible to have the lines thinner or at 30% grey, or have them in a grey dot-grid format in the writing sections?

or even just a version of the blank notes pages that are blank or grey/small dot-grid?

Beautiful work on all the section and aesthetic elements but the thick lines on the notes pages are a little busy when I start writing a lot.

worth more than $2, I bumped up to 6$

hello, I've sent 2 bucks to your paypal. Cant wait to get the copy :D

I love this character booklet, and i have since edited it a bit to include expertise bubbles and an attunement section. If you would like to see the changes I made please let me know how I can contact you.

Hey, I just sent you $3 via Paypal to get the book. Waiting for an answer, have a nice day :)

If you're looking to download the book, you should be able to as soon as the payment went through! It should be under your account under My Library!

Yea I didn't update the post I'm sorry. The creator e-mailed me with a link to the book. Thanks anyway!

Sent $3 via Paypal as suggested previously, since I can't pay buy card. Looking forward to getting this.

Hey, this is amazing, I love it. Couldn't pay  with card since I'm from another country, so I left a payment for you at paypal, I hope it's not an issue. I'd appreciate if you could send it to my paypal email. Thanks in advance!

WOW.

This is extremely cool and totally worth a simple two dollars.

This exactly fits my style of design. My brother usually cares for more analytical designs for D&D but I like more creativity so I deeply appreciate this and thank you!

Unfortunately the biggest problem is that both pages are on one side which confuses my printer and prints both pages on one paper sideways then I realized it was supposed to be that way so although I'm fine with that, I'd rather have each page take up a whole page but it's fine anyway. I would appreciate if you could add full page mode though if you don't mind adding that.

My sheets really stand out when I play D&D and everyone loves to check out how original this is. I can't thank you enough!

What is the difference from the Character Booklet and Form Fillable?

Glad they're workin for ya! Trying to include a single page version in the next update.

Thanks! I really appreciate it!

I would also love and appreciate this! :)

Hi Luke, great work with this. I bought the pdf already and would also pay for a full page version if you ever got around to it.  Looking forward to more of your excellent art.

+1 for single page sheet design. Thanks!

Yes, please on single-page design!

Is it Possible for you to do a Video on Putting these together? i really enjoy the art for your sheets, but im having trouble with the page Order.

I would also love a video or something to show how to put this together, the order in the pdf and the images appears to be different than the order I think it should be in. I have no idea though.

I can't make a video but I'll try to explain it as best as I can.

(I will be referring to the Character Booklet but the Form Fillable follows the same basic way)

1. Setting up on your computer

Grab the Booklet PDF and in the top bar select print. (I use Mac and you can find it at the bottom of the File section)

It should give you a list of options of how you are going to print it make sure Short Edge is ON. Long edge will make every other page upside down.

Double-Sided also needs to be on or it won't work!

It should be that simple for setting it up on your computer. When everything looks good push the print button and let your printer do the rest.

2. Printing

Three pages should come out of your printer. (Obviously Double-Sided)

The first paper will have the cover on Side A, and a fancy pattern on Side B.

The second paper will have basic character info and notes on Side A, and the appearance of your character and page two of gaming advice on Side B.

The third and final paper will have your inventory and page one of gaming advice on Side A, and both spell book pages on the Side B.

3. Assembling

Make sure that all Side A's are face down on a table and all the Side B's are facing up and that the pages are in correct order.

Next, fold the papers in half so that all you can see are the first papers Side A which is the cover. Once you have a nice crease, simply put two or tree staples in between the spell book pages to hold it together.

Recommended: Have the top of the staple inside of the book with the bottom being outside. Also have the staples horizontal and on the outer spine of the book bend the staples inwards so that the book holds together slightly stronger.

I know this is hecka confusing but I tried my best lol.

Actually that makes perfect sense, I didn’t think of printing double sided.

I also made a more ink friendly option as well if you like me to share via a side channel of some sort.

Sure, I'd like to see that.

Love this, worked great for me!

Any chance at releases the source files for indesign / (other) ?  I'm an incessant customizer.  Happy to pay for a separate product for this.

Great idea, Bear! This is awesome! The only issue I had was when I printed it out double sided, every other page was upside down.  Not sure how to fix that without a big hassle. I love the art and design though! Thanks again!

flip on short edge, not long

Sorry I don't really understand that. The same problem happened to me, can you explain it a little bit more descriptively?

(+1)

This is great! Printed one out, and already love how it looks. I've been using D&D Beyond, but I do really love using paper. Seeing the character sheet more adventurous really adds the fun back into paper!

this amazing and my players love it but i dont see a spot to put the skill modifiers on the form fillable pdf?

That is an equal mix of design and necessity. I don't like having a number written down for every skill, because people inevitably forget to update them as ability scores increase.  It takes up valuable real estate and clutters the page with a bunch of numbers. The calculation is super simple and all the numbers you need are right there.

Love this - thank you!
Minor issue with the fillable PDF, but may be specific to my set-up:

The text for cantrips and spells gets clipped slightly at the top of each line.

thanks for the feedback, I'll take a look.

This is incredible! I absolutely love the artwork - thank you so much for putting it together. If you ever decide to add on to this later on, it would be helpful to have a page explaining the various conditions and the effects they have on characters. I'm always having to dig through the handbook to find these.

Thanks again!

Yeah I could see that being helpful. It was hard to decide what to include. Noted.

Hey dude! Awesome work! My players loved the sheet, but half of them can't read english (portuguese as first language). How could we get a translation working? I wouldn't mind sending the translated text :D

Cheers!

Ello! I bought this and it's brilliant but just a request can you upload a version with all the pages being singular? (Like, each page being A4 instead of 2 to each page.) Because the booklet is so cute but my players have messy writing and need it bigger!

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try my best to include a single page version in the next update!

This would be a really great feature. I have a character folio from Ultra Pro and would love to use your character sheets in there.

This is amazing! Bought and using for my upcoming campaign. I do want to add my own page of class info as an insert though - do you have fonts or brushes/shapes for the borders that you would be willing to sell? Happy to Paypal you!

Thanks so much! Yeah so i updated the zip file the other night and it now includes the font in the Filable PDF folder!

I'd love to buy this but I can't pay with paypal! Unfortunately I'm from another country :c is there a way I could send you the money and you send it via e-mail or something?

for sure, you can just hit me up at https://www.paypal.me/lukehwrd

Any chance I could get the same sort of deal? WIthout PayPal, I'll probably be charged another $2 in bank fees..

for sure, just hit me up in paypal and be sure to say what its for in the notes!

Nice! I've sent over some funds, a little over $2 in the hopes of covering any potential fees on your end. Just send me the files via my paypal email. Thanks!
